Description
This took a minute but Abbo was able to conquer it with her good editing. Wartortle joins the other Kanto starters that are out on the workshop to party it up in Tower. The rigging is a bit rough because no custom skeletons and it had to fit the Tower rig. But it works and isn't half bad, there are no cosmetic issues either.
