Pack Mule class Bulk Transport (VAN)

The Pack Mule class was built to supplement the Mule class, as it was observed that the Mule could only sustain fleet operations in bulk, and while the Xanthi war required that freighter captains help out, the amount of ships needed to sustain both fleet and invasion forces was unacceptably high, as it took on average more than 100 ships to support an entire battle fleet, as well as an extra 50-60 for the invading troops. The Pack Mule uses outer mounted cargo pods, as well as smaller internal units, to maximize space on what is a much more compact and manuverable ship.
