One of the reason i made this because I also saw the complains about "ruined arcade shit" handling and just wanted to bust this myth away :P
But yes, for the most part the difference is pretty subtle but it's definitely there. With higher tire pressure the tire does not grab the surface as well, and depending on whether you have different pressure on the back, rear or both axles you can certainly affect the balance (and cornering) of the car.
Didn't really feel any kind of arcade thing with a quick test. It really felt just like you can see from the files, the handling is bit more "floaty" with less tire pressure. But I'm going to do a deeper test just now.
