Fogman Pathing AI: Water Avoidance Adjustment

Changes all the fogmen to have the same water avoidance value as the other races. This helps keep your party together if you have fogmen in your squad and prevents them from trying to run through water such as in the swamp.

Should be compatible with other mods that change Fogmen stats (as long as it is not the water avoidance stat).
