Description
Rotor blades with wind vanes that become wings in flight mode and "lock in" using aerodynamic force. If you like my designs consider subscribing to my channel to show your support!

2 = transform
1 = toggle whiplash engines
i/k = blade pitch
j/l = torque limit

take-off:
1) tap 'l’ 2 or 3 times to increase rotor torque
2) press F12 to enable the aerodynamic forces overlay
3) (optional) tweak 'i'/'k' to adjust blade pitch

flight:
1) press spacebar to activate whiplash stage after launch, or press '1' to toggle engines
2) press and hold 'j' until rotor torque reaches zero
3) press '2' to transform, automatically toggle wind vane rotors and adjust blade pitch to zero

landing:
1) press '1' to disable whiplash engines
2) wait until surface speed decreases to < 50m/s
3) tap 'l’ 2 or 3 times to increase rotor torque
4) press '2' to transform, toggle wind vane rotors and blade pitch
5) press F12 to enable the aerodynamic forces overlay
6) tweak 'i'/'k' to adjust blade pitch
7) at your discretion, land gracefully or forcefully

Hey Tuff, if you right-click on each of the turboshaft engines and set the RPM limit to 235 RPM instead of the default 460, that should will 100% prevent the blades from pulling apart at high RPM. Thanks for mentioning!

This is actually my favorite vehicle of yours. I love it. However, the propellers start coming apart after a little bit of flying. Have you run into that issue?
