Exact Total Quantity Valve

To allow exact ** total ** quantity (liquid, gas) set by you to flow through.

eg: set it to 10KG, the valve will stop flowing any fluid after 10KG of fluid flowed through.

The flow quantity will gradually decrease by how much fluid been flowed through, till it stop at zero.

Set it a new amount, to start a new flowing process again.

Due to limitation (or I missed out something) at the quantity entry which allow max 3 digits (including decimal), and decimal value will be rounded to 1 digit, this mod created 2 type of same material valves but quantity to be set at KG or G level.

Animation is kind of buggy, but the intended result is what matter.
