Description
LV1 sector base colonist slots are increased to 2 (was 1)

LV2 or higher sector base colonist slots are increased to 4 (was 2)


LV1 water sector base colonist slots are increased to 2 (was 1)

LV2 water sector base colonist slots are increased to 3 (was 2)

LV3 water sector base colonist slots are increased to 4 (was 3)

each happiness building of happiness slots are increased to 8 (was 2)

Sounds like a good one and since I already have several of your mods I will add this one also. Have you thought about making one that spawns more heroes (the last thing on my checklist :lunar2019coolpig: ). There is only one such mod on steam and it doesnt seem to work properly.
