Description

George Denbro: bill's younger brother, the first character to appear in the book. George is a typical kid -- cheerful and innocent. He was killed by Pennywise, who tore off George's arm.

Rainy October day 13-year-old bill Denbrough helps his younger brother Georgie to collect the paper boat. Bill himself is sick and can't go with his brother, so Georgie goes for a walk alone. Due to the strength of the current, the boy misses the boat in the drain, which suddenly appears an unexpected figure in a clown costume. The clown introduces himself as "Pennywise the dancing clown," and invites Georgie to come down to him, as their entire circus has been washed away by the rain, but it's still fun, lots of hot dogs, cotton candy and popcorn. "We're all flying here, and you're flying too!"Georgie refuses, so Pennywise offers to take The boy's boat away from him. When Georgie reaches out with his left hand into the drain, the clown changes and the boy sees a horror that robs him of his sanity, the creature in the drain grabs his outstretched hand and pulls it out. Georgie dies on the spot, the official cause of his death is an accident in which an incredible stream of rainwater tried to carry the boy into the drain.
