Left 1 Dead Mutation Pack

Description
This mod adds a few new mutations to the game, with the intention of creating a singleplayer experience that mimics vanilla l4d2 gameplay as closely as possible while still being balanced enough for even beginners to enjoy it.

The main gameplay changes for the core mutation, "Left 1 Dead", are as follows:
-No teammates; this is a solo mutation.
-Common Infected spawn rate has been cut in half.
-Tanks have reduced health and slightly reduced speed.
-Special Infected spawn rate has been reduced.
-LMOE rules are in effect for getting pinned by specials (if they pin you and get your health to zero, you will automatically be revived in black and white mode, and if you get pinned again without healing you will die).
-Reviving gives you a full 100 points of temporary health (since you'll usually be surrounded by zombies if you get pinned, this gives you a fighting chance especially on higher difficulties).
-Certain horde types have been disabled, or reduced. There won't be random horde events anymore, and certain crescendo events no longer spawn zombies, or at least not as many.


The following two additional mutations have the same features as "Left 1 Dead", plus a few additional changes.

Left 1 Dead (Realism):
-Exactly what it says on the tin, "Left 1 Dead" with realism rules enabled (less weapon damage, no item glows, witches kill you in one hit, etc.).

Left 1 Dead (Hardcore):
-Realism rules enabled.
-No HUD.
-Common Infected die by headshot only.
-Ironman is in effect; if you die, you're sent back to the main menu.

can you add a version of this mutation that only has common infected? getting pinned by an SI and just having to wait to respawn is really annoying

Would like it if there's a script that adds button mashing or QTE if getting pinned by Special Infected to break free. Though probably it's hard to code and understandable.

Well, I got it to a state I liked using the Special Regulator mod from AlliedModders.
Would you consider excluding defibs from spawning in this mode?

I've really enjoyed this mod, but I frequently find that when SI spawn, it's usually three of them basically right around the corner from where I can see at the time. The description mentions reducing SI spawn rates. I've got it at the top of my addonlist and I don't have any script mods affecting spawn rates. This is what the spawns act like during regular campaign as well. Any ideas why the SI spawn rate isn't changing?
