The exotic pulse rifle from Destiny 2 (or Destiny 1 depending on how you look at it) now ported from Gmod to SFM.

The 'C' and 'W' versions of Outbreak Perfected are of different sizes, and the bigger of the two has bones which seem to be for first person. Other than that, it's what's on the tin.
