Provence class Large Cruiser (VAN)

The Provence class were a class of "Large Cruisers", which were designed to suppliment Capital Ships in roles which did not neccesarily require a Battleship, such as Carrier Escort, however a flagship grade ship would be a nice addition. These ships were developed from the Covenator class, itself largely considered a small Battle cruiser class.
