Covenator Refit class Heavy Cruiser (VAN)

At the same time as the Provence class was being built, the remaining Covenator class ships were given one final refit, as they had been sorely in need of one, even after the Flight II refit done during the war. These ships were upgraded along a line similar to the Province class ships, however with less intensive structural upgrades but improved armament. However, unlike the Flight II ships, these upgrades were only on the ships that survived the war, as well as the few that were built afterwards, and no new ships would be built, as the Antares class replaced the Covenators on the slipways.
