Built to transport the science scout to Laythe. With reasonably efficient transfers and burns it can make it to splashdown on Laythe without refuelling. Just make sure to splash down near an island for refuelling for the trip home. The science scout is best decoupled on land, with SAS and RCS both switched on to avoid too much landing gear stress. Don't forget to lower landing gear on the scout before decoupling. The scout has aeleron authority set to 0 and the engine nacelle servos locked for transport, so they will need to be adjusted before the scout can be used independantly.
