Description
A Canadian Olympic amateur wrestler, Gordon Nelson was trained to be a pro in the UK at the Wiggan Snakepit and spent 12 years over there before returning to wrestle in North America. Given his impressive amateur and shoot background, Nelson was highly respected and was a legitimate threat anywhere he went to wrestle in the 60s and 70s.
