Manual Installation (Patch 1.26/1.28):

• Download these two files from mediafire.

• https://www. mediafire. com/file/hzq1rt918fjovo0/mod_secundusoverlordmod6.zip/file
  
• Move these files to My Documents/Paradox Interactive/Europa Universalis IV/mod
  
• No need to extract the zip file.
