Texture environment mod

Description
Mod, increases the size of original textures surrounding objects x4, and greatly increases the detail. Almost all textures of buildings, flora, small buildings, fences, small objects, and some vehicles have been changed.
The total number of improved textures, over 2750. All textures are in mod, original from the game.

If you want to improve the quality of your textures, you will need programs: Adobe Photoshop with DDS Plugin, Topaz Gigapixel AI or another neural network.

1. Сonvert the textures from the DDS format to Tiff, or any supporting alpha channels.
To not work with every texture, use automation. Mark the menu Window \ Operations.
In the Operations window (next to the layers), an icon- Create Operation will appear at the bottom. The operation records your actions and repeats them. After creating the operation, save the texture in the desired format and stop recording.
Choose File \ Automation \ Batch Processing.
Mark Source-folder, select your operation.
Put tags: Suppress dialogs of opening parameters, Deny messages of the color management system.
All. Now the entire folder will be processed.

2. Through Topaz Gigapixel AI, increase the texture 2 or 4 times. It takes time.
3. It remains only to convert back to DDS format while preserving alpha channels and Mipmap. To do this, use "Operations" again and automation.

If you want to use these resources in other mods, indicate that they are taken from this mod.

As far as I remember, I didn't add ground textures and ground decals. For some unknown reason, when the resolution of the decals was increased, their physical size increased.

I followed your instructions to do it myself but some ground textures don't have automatic scaling, they look much bigger than they should be. Any idea?

Most likely this texture was with a good resolution, and the winter texture was smaller.

Yes, these are the original old textures improved by the neural network. Many of them were still in game Faces of War. Here textures of vehicles, houses, objects of the environment. But I didn't improve the ground decals, and the ground textures.

azumukupoe Maybe. My version is not English. In the "Automate / Batch menu", this item is in the "Run" area under the "Set" dropdown.

Must work. Mod changes only the standard textures of the game.
