Stack-able Fetishist Masks

All African masks stack.
The tier 4 bracelet is now set to tier 4.


One problem with having eldership succession is that sometimes you inherit duplicate artifacts along with titles. I'm fine with normal artifacts being destroyed but the masks not only cost gold but lodge currency. The totems were already stack-able and iirc so were the masks but Paradox changed that. I made the masks stack-able again.
