Additionnal Tank Technologies

This mod add new technologies adding buffs to the different models of tanks you can research.
Due to game limitations, which do not allow technologies to directly gives equipment bonuses, I had to use hidden ideas giving these bonuses, meaning that all the buffs will not be visible, but they will be very real. You can check the code if you want.
The tech descriptions are a bit lazy, and some icons might not fit the technologies, but it's only the first release of the mod.

What are the different tech effects?
Hulls -> Production Cost
Amors -> Different Kinds of buffs, mostly armor though
Repairs -> Reliability
Sight -> Hard Attack
AP Shell -> Penetration
HE Shell -> Soft Attack
AA Shell -> Generals buffs to SPAAG
Suspensions -> Max Speed
Engines -> Reliability/Reduced Fuel Consumption/Breakthrough
