[OUTDATED] Damage overhaul

Description
The mod aims to bring back protecting zones that are damaged. So only when you aim someones broken zone/sector/part the car will lose health.
This mod also tries to aim for more realistic damage for the realistic damage difficulty.

Because the UI is too simplified by BugBear, it doesn't communicate always well when some part or sector is already broken. So when you see bright red sector, play it like it's already broken. The black sector comes sometimes late because there are more sectors than the UI shows.

I also removed the health bar ;) Now you really need to watch who's actually visually broken.

Only working well currently with realistic damage. Normal damage is still very W.I.P.

Also I couldn't make this work with the DLC cars.

Yeah the health bar sucks. Wish BugBear would make it optional in all damage settings. The health bar should have it's own toggle to turn on and off.

Ah yeah I haven't touched this stuff for 2 years. A lot of has changed and could support DLC cars now.

Not working well. The percentage still shows up even thought the bar isnt there. The mechanical components of my car were in good shape but the event ended when my rear end was fully damaged..

Nice! Now if only we could disable health bars entirely and bring back breakdowns due to broken mechanical parts!

Thanks. Now that the mystery of DLC cars folders have been solved I might be able to make this for DLC cars also.
