Street Stock - 1999 Decker Peepo

A road-going sedan, modified to race on short oval tracks. The wealthy creator of this one bought an old, junky Peepo and turned it into an homage to the late NASCAR star, Dale Earnhardt.
In the real world, street stock race cars are called by many names, but they all have one thing in common; they are very close to their original counterparts, unlike modern NASCAR race cars. Many use the original body parts, or panels copied by craftsmen in other materials. Their extremely low cost makes them very popular in rural and suburban America.
This was built entirely from scratch by sight, using the original vehicle as reference. All credit goes to Car Crusher for the original design of the car.
