Hermes Fast Response Patrol Craft

The Hermes fast response craft is designed to operate in the littorals of the Arctic. With a top speed of 27 knots, and a range somewhere near 250 kilometers, you can do anything you want with it. Just don't stay out long, because this vessel is designed to stay near ports at all times and not embark on long offshore excursions. The vessel is designed to be operated my a crew of 5, but can be used my a crew of 1 if neccisary. Operated by the Arctic Guard, a (fictional) protection force operating vessels and aircraft out of Tajin Airstrip.

This is the first vessel to operate in the Arctic Guard fleet, and is equipped with enough safety features to survive anything, exept a full loss of power for stabilization, including backups, while being broadsided in 100% wind. That'll screw you over pretty quick. Hull pumps pump out enough water to sustain enormous amounts of damage with no real effect, as most logic and functional parts are in the center of the ship. Pretty simple, throttle up, start, fuel pump on, clutch in props and go. Comes with a 1 minute lasting emergency flare.
