Gold Deflation

This mod aim to reduce the gold in the game, especially on higher difficulty levels, but also make the human player on higher difficulties have less Gold. The mod Changes the bonus gold given to AI, from+20% to +10% per difficulty level above prince. Then to compensate and reduce player gold, a penalty of 10% for the human player per difficulty level starting at prince.

This will make the game slightly harder for the human player(s) as the AI generally need and use their gold less, so they are not affected as much, while the player now has to think about finances.

Note: This mod is intended as a companion mod to Production Deflation and other deflation mods plus the mod Adjust Progress to Difficulty which turns Science and Culture from AI bonus to Player penalty instead which balances the time line better without changing the core balance of the game.
