HOW TO PLAY
Host your own server (via internet or LAN) and load the scenario. Make sure all players own the required game modifications/addons. Everything else is self-explanatory. Make sure to save the scenario before shutting down the server.

BACKGROUND
Kamnov is a small town located in eastern Poland, just a few kilometers away from the Russian border. The industrial zone next to it was one of many facilities originally built by the Soviet Union for steel production in response to the international Arms Race in the late 20th Century. Just before the end of the Cold War, the industrial quarters of Kamnov became a production plant for chemical weapons, operated by the Soviet Armed Forces. However, due to several production incidents with dozens of casualties, the plant was eventually officially shut down.

After the USSR was transformed into the Russian Federation in 1990, the Russian military was given full responsibility over the area, despite it being located on Polish ground. This was only possible thanks to outstanding negotiation which allowed a treaty to be made between the two nations, stating that the Russians may keep using the facility for their industrial efforts.

However, roughly three decades later, a covert operations team of the CIA discovered that the production of strictly classified, toxic substances was continued illegally. But rather than informing Poland in the first place, the CIA held on to the critical information and sent in their own field agents for further observation. After their cover was blown for unknown reasons, the team was quickly arrested. Following this incident, the industrial facility was immediately shut down. All Russian officials and military personnel were withdrawn. With the Russian government fearing a political crisis, they sent in a domestic private military company, GRO, consisting of former Spetsnaz operators. They are tasked with protecting the now abandoned zone and removing any proof of illegal production as quickly as possible.

Now, the CIA is responding to the dirty strategy by hiring ION Services PMC, a group of well-paid elite contractors whose operations are classified, to stop any Russian efforts to get rid of the evidence. A secret private war has now emerged in the abandoned area.
