Moon decompression fix

So, depressurising on the Moon has still not been fixed. Well for me at least, hence this patch.

Made the usual edits to the moon.loc file so vehicle airlocks behave properly.

What I have found in the past, is that sometimes, old saves with vehicles in still do not work. The MML for example. In that case I delete the old one and spawn myself a new one.

The Moon appears twice in the Editor menu but both seem to do the same thing.

To remove the duplicate entry in the Editor while using this mod, go into
<your Steam folder>\steamapps\common\Take On Mars\worlds and delete, or preferably rename the original moon.loc file.

When you finish using this mod don't forget to restore the original moon.loc file in the default Worlds folder.

Any other mod that contains its own moon.loc file may, or may not once again, give you duplicate entries in the Editor.

Of course if Bohemia did the decent thing and fixed this bug, none of this would be necessary.
