If you perhaps have Age of Wonders 4 could you please consider making this same kind of mod for that game?
Its called "Shuffle Research" in that game but the mechanic is the same.

removed any dependencies on dlc, sorry didn't realise they were ticked. changed to 0 mana cost.

missing dlc 1 please disable mod .. im on linux and i have both dlc so its a strange error =P
