Description
Latcher is a very confusing indivual, he is a mage who will shank, pummel, or obliterate his opponents with weapons of physical and mystical form. (Now With Fixed Winning Screen Image)

Is a form of sandbert, but i messed with most of the scripts to balance him out, especially uspecial duration and damage.

All Sprites were self made
