Interior RAD panel colour change

Description
I was fed up of seeing red, so I made this simple change. Who knows, perhaps I'll get fed up of blue.

Feel free to UN-pak and alter to your own taste guys.

Works with Main and Test branch of the game.

Hehe, indeed, good idea, but on Mars surface because of planet color difference they appear green :\
