Show by how much your stats change when the meter pulses with a change.

This means that, for example, if you get hit by a spider while wearing no armor, you will see -20 at your health. Another example is that if you eat cooked monster meat, you will see about +20 at your hunger, -3 at your health and -10 at your sanity.
