Site 61 Navmesh

Description
adds a Navmesh to site 61,
this is NOT ai nodes those are already on a workshop, these are used for certain nextbots like the sanic nextbots,
enjoy!
i wasted like 5 hours of my life making this all from nothing lol

Yeah these are broken, Nextbots don't move at all.

Put them on the nextbot feature, see if that works.

its not work, my scp:cb npcs arnt moving.

navmeshes also work for normal npcs, giving them better movement abilities.

nodes are for normal npc navigation like metrocops ect while navmesh are for NEXTBOTS like the sanic nextbots,
