Sharing Systems w/ Uplifted Primitives

Description
**NOW WORKING**

This mod brings back the function to uplift primitives in a system you own without giving the whole system to them. That way they are still your vassal and still part of your empire, even if they can't build ships from there. Great for roleplay purposes but AFAIK you need the Disputed Systems mod for this to work! They still get their planet, but they cannot expand from there or do anything meaningful. You cannot even trade them a system, but you might be able to cheat them one in! You are essentially locking them down with this. For now ;)

This is a purely barebones functional mod. I am embroiled in exams and I will try to update the text blurbs about agreeing to give them the system next, when I have some time! After that, I will be working on a workaround to let them still make ships and expand. Stay tuned!

Don't try this on an existing save without backing up your save files first.

Yes, it should work for that. They won't be able to build any ships but you can do it. I've got an idea for a workaround but I am so busy with school I don't have time to fix it right now

Any way to use this to have a shared starting system?

That is all

Thank you very much for letting me know, glad you got it figured out!

Sorry, it was a mod issue. I removed another mod affecting primitives and it worked perfectly.

I added disputed systems and already have the latest version of potent rebellions. I tried to uplift three early space age primitives on a preexisting save and all three received their systems. I have quite a few mods, so it's possible that one of them may be conflicting with it.

Do you have disputed systems turned on? Disputed systems itself needs potent systems too. If you give me more info I can try to help you.

@ZacharyBuilder
No idea, sorry. I just haven't tested it with those mods yet. If you do try them out, let me know! If not, I'll eventually test those when I have time if I remember.

Does this mod work with Primitives Everywhere, and More Primitives Mod (meaning Machine, Hive Mind, and Tomb World Primitives) ?
