TCM - Increased Population

Description
A win condition mod that increases the population cap to 200 or 500, decreases the manpower upkeep cost by 1/2 for 200 and 1/5 for 500, and increases the maximum camera zoom distance slightly.

Zooming out farther fades all the units unfortunately. Some limitation of the graphics engine.

It should. If you host a custom match for a friend it should auto download for them just like the maps unless something has changed.
