I left the underpass above ground to allow the ability to elevate the intersection.

It can be a little tricky to manage the intersections where the (2) Dual lanes come together.

I used MoveIt and NoPillars to create this, so there will be pillars placed in the roads.

You can use MoveIt to remove those pillars. You can also use Traffic Manager (TM:PE) to correct the lane arrows to prevent U-Turns as desired.
