Cat and Mouse - Vios Tweaks

This is Rekeden's Cat & Mouse (build 2), which has been tweaked with primarily balance in mind.

Compared to the original, there are a few cans, bottles, and books which provide cover in various locations (primarily on the floor. There's a singular book that's not on the floor, which leads to the window sill). There are 2 rulers, one from the bed the laundry hamper and another from the bed to one of the upper open drawers. These solve stalemate issues and promote more active gameplay.

There are additionally a few bananas, at least 1 red dot, 1 sniper rifle, and 2 shotguns placed around the map for added enjoyment.

There's also a singular zipline leading to the top of the drawers from the top of the desk, which further assists with stalemate issues.

Lighting itself is different but otherwise it's unchanged.
