The Leopard Sport - Budget Grade

The Leopard Sport is a unique vehicle modification of the VK16.02 Leopard for racing. It was capable of incredible speeds for a tracked machine thanks to its combination engine and transmission replacements... Its transmission was fully removed and replaced with a pair of heavy duty electric motors originally intended to move a Ferdinand, and the engine was replaced with a Maybach HL 230 aGV giving about 700-800hp. This is the same engine that was used in the Tiger II... but has been fitted to an electric power generator making it a hybrid electric vehicle.

In order to fit the massive engine into the back of this mini-panther, the engine deck and rear armor had to be removed. In place of the rear armor it was given several thick plates of manganese to protect the engine compartment and track drive wheels during racing. A side effect of using the new engine allowed the turret traverse motors to be supercharged... while not recommended it does allow the gunner to keep sight on an enemy even while maneuvering at such speeds.

The Budget Leopard Sport is a machine built for multiverse. Its 191 blocks total allowing multiple people to be using It or other budget tanks that are balanced between each-other for combat. While this thing is built for racing... It can act as a needlessly effective rammer or an extremely annoying b*tch capper capable of rushing an open flank at ludicrous speed.

Its mobility is meant to somewhat mimic the Leopard Sport in world of tank's 2019 race event~
