Removes the warning that Steam is offline that pops up when launching RimWorld without Steam running.

Thank you so much for making the mod, and thanks Mlie for the version warning mod!

I use a separate non-steam instance of Rimworld for Multiplayer so this is nice.

Since this mod is reported working in 1.3 I've added it to the No Version Warning-mod

Could this be modified to include hiding the 'Logged into Steam as Soandso' in the top-left, if applicable?

Hey. Does anybody know of a version for a16? I wanted to play the MarsX mod by Dubwise but offline and this stupid thing keeps popping up on startup.
