I suggest to change the darker blue outline to black outline to make it more fitting to roa style. Its still good somehow. Thanks

my favorite! i was gonna make this myself if no one else did.
two suggestions:
A: Make the taunt voice louder. It's very, very quiet.
B: Make this a flight pet like the other chao instead of a grounded pet! He flies so he should get to actually leave the ground.
