Victory Point Game Mode and Maps

Description
Added Victory Point mode to the Relic-Created MP map.

You will need to Subscribe to the Victory Point 250/50/1000 Mod and select "Victory Point 250/500/1000" from the map type (instead of Power Core, Annihilation, or Annihilation with Defenses). This map will only show up under the Victory Point map type.

The Capture Points with Elite nodes are the Victory Points (3 total).
