-1.192.102/104 changes how some XML block definition properties work, the EnergyDensity tag in GasProperties appears to do nothing now. XML parsing seems to be more strict, worlds that have mods with unclosed tags appear to fail to load.

- 1.192.102/104 changed tank flow rate limitations, its now no longer listed and much higher rather than a static fraction of total volume, making small tank mods, like the various 3x3x3's with capacities inline with vanilla useful. It would be nice if these values were modifiable and moved to the XML Block Definitions.

Tweaked H2 Engines to be a direct replacement to Hull's XML edits, which are still broken?
1.192.104 and the previous update had several undocumented changes in the XML block definition files and undocumented changes to how some objects work.

A set of Secondary packs will be published with some standalone block edits, and an additional combined pack of Block Definition XML edits, including some additional H2 Workshop items, that I would like, and I think the community would appreciate to make H2 more useful and add some progression blocks to prevent PCU bloat.
