Description
A fictional 1900-1910 armoured cruiser based upon the Tsukuba class, SMS Sankt Georg, and SMS Roon. She is the final ship in the set, along side the Wien and Szigetvar. This is because the K.u.K Kriegsmarine held a building order of ships, where for every line of Pre-dreadnought battleships launched (Wien, for example), they would launch a line of Protected/Scout cruisers (The Szigetvar), and a single Armoured Cruiser to serve as a scout ship for the Battle-line formed by the new Battleship line, which is the purpose of the SMS Sankt Jakobus.

The SMS Sankt Jakobus was an armoured cruiser of the K.u.K Kriegsmarine designed along side the Wien class of Pre-dreadnought battleship. All of the class were built in the Stabilimento Tecnico Triestino shipyards in Trieste. She was, was laid down in 1902, and was commissioned 1905. The Sankt Jakobus was designed to serve as the scout ship for the Wien class of Battleship, as is standard for K.u.K Armoured Cruisers of this period. She was specifically designed around a double-stacked casemate armament to facilitate an extremely heavy secondary armament, with even the torpedoes, standard for this period, being forgone in favour of more firepower. Some argue that she was effectively a pocket-battlecruiser, or semi-battlecruiser, similar to a semi-dreadnought, due to her focus on armament, high speed, and large size. This particular design philosophy was taken in order to counter all of Italy's armoured cruisers, as Italy fielded nothing with comparable size, armament, or armour, and render them all obsolete. However, in short order came the advent of the wide-spread use of Dreadnoughts and Battlecruisers, which rendered her outdated and invalidated, much the same as almost all pre-dreadnoughts.

The SMS Sankt Jakobus had an overall length of 131 meters (430 ft), a beam of 21 meters (69 ft) and had a designed draft of 8 meters (26 ft). The class had a designed displacement of 13,400 metric tonnes (13,188 long tons).
She had a pair of three-cylinder vertical triple-expansion steam engines, each driving a single propeller shaft. Steam for the engines was provided by sixteen Yarrow boilers and they made an average total of 24,700 horsepower (18,420 kW) during her sea trials on 23 July 1904. The maximum speed during the trials was 21 knots (38.9 km/h; 24.2 mph). She carried enough coal to steam for 4,500 nautical miles (8,334 km 5,180 mi) at a speed of 10 knots (19 km/h; 12 mph).

The Sankt Jakobus' main armament consisted of five 20.3 cm (8 in) guns. Two of these were mounted fore in a two gun turret, with the other three being mounted in single turrets mounted broadside and aft. Her heavy secondary armament comprised twelve 15.2 cm (6 in) guns and her light armament consisted of six 7.62 cm (3 in), along side an armament of four 47 mm (1.9 in) anti-torpedo boat guns. All twelve of the 15.2 cm (6 in) guns, and all six 7.62 cm (3 in) guns were mounted in casemates on both sides. She forwent a torpedo armament in order to save displacement for usage in her heavy firepower and armour, and ammunition to supply said firepower.
Type:

The Belt armour was comparable to her accompanying Battleship line, the Wien class, being 203.2 mm (8 in), and the deck armour over the engine and boiler rooms had a thickness of 38.1 millimeters (1.5 in). The main guns were protected by 203.2 millimeters (8 in) of armour, while the secondary casemates were protected by 127 millimeters (5 in) of armour and the conning tower by 203.2 millimeters (8 in).

I have no clue, as i dont have that issue. Either it is an issue on your end, or a recent update has done something to her. I will check if it is the update when i next load up.
