The unfeeling trait (given to androids with the "Remove self will" operation) is changed so androids are unfeeling, not completely neutered in thought and capability.

• Global workspeed penalty removed
  
• Learning speed changed from -100% to -50%

Androids will still function normally, but with majorly reduced social impact and learning capability. Still a capable pawn. More machine than evolving sentient being.
