I really want to like this character for her move set but the animation is a bit choppy, I like the cartoony aesthetic but it flows really disjointedly

i wished she had more of a rivals of aether characters style because i think shes really cute and her moveset is creative other than that i think she needs some balancing changes, maybe make her take not so much damage when holding down special?
