Tribeca tower by Jerenable

105 Duane Street, New York City, a luxury residential tower from the Tribeca district. The building was completed in 1990 and counts 53 floors at 164m above the ground.

RICO files included, residential high 400 units.

Works fine for me, no LOD issues so far. Asset looks great. Has 500 units in my game. No foliage/props around the building but it's fine, i'll add them myself. Thanks for the great work <3

The LOD fucks up and causes half the building to be missing at medium distances. It's fine at close and far distances, but the middle one has the building cut in half.
