Props to Brent for the original mod. This variation reduces the cost of the zone chip to 1 iron ingot, while leaving the other items as defined in the original mod. Created for use on my dedicated server and its players.

Medkit: 10 Iron, 10 Silicon, 10 Cobalt
Powerkit: 10 Iron, 3 Nickel, 2 Silicon
