[TTT2] Necromancer [ROLE]

Description
Like a puppeteer he's on a mission to find willingful dead bodies to fight on his side. With the use of some black magic he is able to give back some life to those corpses.

You have to use TTT2 in order to use this role. Report bugs concerning this role here[github.com] and submit new role ideas here[github.com]. A list of all currently available roles can be found here.

The necromancer is a shoppingrole that spawns with a special defibrillator. The amount of uses of said defibrillator is based on the amount of spawned players in the round.
It's his goal to be the last player standing. But he needn't be alone. With the help of the defibrillator he is able to revive dead bodies that respawn as zombies that fight on his side. These zombies are slower than normal players and have only a deagle with seven shots. Once the deagle is empty, the zombie dies.

The necromancer is a rather cool role, but I feel like how long it takes to use their special defibrillator and how much uses it gets should be configurable.

Can you update the commands listed on this mod page? The normal role convers have been changed from ...necro... to ...necromancer... for a long time now

Does anybody know how to change playermodel to the zombie after he is revived?

Reuploading is not allowed by Steam and our side. Feel free contributing to the project on GitHub if you wanna see new changes or use an edited version on your local server without uploading. Thanks, that will help keeping TTT2 as comptible as possible and will prevent further problems.

Will it work just adding the code to the necro code or would I need to update/ reupload the necro then?
Would be awesome if the creators might just add it :)

To anyone with the jester problem: seems like if you just add this code from the Jackal then the necro will be able to see who Jester is. Maybe it's intended not to know who Jester is, but personally I've gotten a lot of complaints about it on my server and went ahead and made this change. Necro is a classic role and I'm a big fan!

Thanks for the reply! The current behavior is that Necromancer raises zombie, and those zombies have 8 shots with a deagal until they die. Anyone they kill is not revived. If a zombie or the necromancer kill the Jester, and the winstate for Jester is default of "wins if killed" the Jester will then instantly win the round. The Necromancer and Zombies cannot see who the Jester is to avoid this fate, and since they're trying kill everyone else on all other teams, they wind up killing the Jester ending the round super early. Sorry if that wasn't clear in the first post.

Default behavior should be that the jester just get‘s converted if killed by a clairvoyant or a zombie. If this doesn‘t work, there is a bug that will get reworked with the new networking system. The necro can‘t kill the jester because he just makes zombies by reviving people

Hi, this role has conflicts with Jester, in that if the Necromancer or Zombies kill the Jester, the Jester wins and these players have no way of knowing who the Jester is, and they're supposed to kill everyone. Could you perhaps make a fix? Jester and Necromancer are our groups two favorite extra roles by a lot.

Yes, I would love to be able to revive dead zombies. Convar setting would be perfect
