Bow Skills

Description
Need a reason to pick a bow vs crossbow? Now each comes with innate skills to pick the right tool for the right job.

Bows: Shadowshot - Launch a deadly shot for 150% damage before slipping into the shadows, doubling damage if already hidden from view. 4 AP, 5 CD, cannot be used outside of combat, sets invisibility for 2 turns.

Crossbows: Overcrank - Overcrank your crossbow windlass for extra power and range, striking your target for 150% damage at up to 25m away! 3 AP, 5 CD.

This mod may conflict with other Bow / Crossbow overhauls as it modifies the core _bows and _crossbows template items.

Still wasn't compelling enough to switch weapons based on class/need. Soooo...
-Crossbows : Focused on more heavily armoured enemies. Slightly reduced base damage and added 20% damage as piercing damage.
-Bows: Better vs squishies. Brought damage to 100% base, increased base critical multiplier, added 10% critical chance. Shadowshot base damage adjusted to 100% instead of 150%.

Reduced both skills to 2 AP and increased CD to 6 for better situational use of skills.
