What if Hitler was Hitler?

Description
This mod was made to add a little more realism to the 'WW2' 'game' called 'Hearts of Iron 4' (i believe that's what millenials call it?).
I have seen a lot of 'mods' which replace the German leader 'Adolf Hitler' with random characters such as 'Thanos'. This has caused quite some 'Fury' (like the movie) in me as it's incredibly inaccurate historically, therefore I've made a mod that replaces the German leader with Adolf Hitler.

(Do not play any mods that replace Hitler with this one or it won't work.)
