Moissanite Building (rental)

Your uncle Petey, gave you the keys to a swell lease on the 2nd floor of the old Moissanite Building. In it's former glory this downtown shopping location had several floors for upscale retail and it's own parking deck. Also on upper floors were management offices and a few retired medical and law offices abandoned for the suburbs.

Author Note:
This is my second upload, expanding on my lo-rise shops to have a more interesting feel to grow your company in. This one is not as fancy with a paint or color scheme as if it was completely re-drywalled after the old department store went bankrupt. Again, I really like to imagine offices that aren't so modular and have a real life analogue like this old school retail building.
