Hydrogen Rebalanced

Description
This is a mild rebalancing of the Hydrogen system that reduces hydrogen consumption across the board

Fuel consumption of Hydrogen Thrusters, Hydrogen Engines and the player's Jetpack is now halved. This applies to all hydrogen-based mods as well as vanilla blocks.

I originally created this mod to make Hydrogen a little easier to use without being overpowered. But with the changes introduced in the Wasteland update, which tripled the capacity of all hydrogen tanks, this mod has now become a little overpowered and somewhat unnecessary.

Thank you, I just made a rad vehicle that ran out of hydrogen fuel very quickly, And this has helped it and made it effective now

I had considered adding a nerfed Hydrogen Engine to balance it out, but with the official hydrogen rebalance in the Wasteland update this mod has become overpowered anyway so I might as well leave the OP engine alone.

With the new rebalance update will this be too much? For example, now that engine use is halved with this then half that value making engines use 25% of the original ice usage before update? If so, would you be willing to upload a version that removes the aspects that were updated by Keen? I know that might not be possible because this mod seems to affect the whole game when it comes to ice usage.

I dont know been using it for awhile with same mods and didnt have this problem till the crash bug the other day and this is the only jetpack or hydro mod i am using and have been using. Will unload all mods except this and see what happens later

It must be a conflict with some other mod.

On an Earthlike planet, standard Jetpack fuel consumption is around 1.1% per second. This mod will half that number, so dropping 5% every 10 seconds is completely normal and means this is working exactly as intended.

If without this mod you're only consuming 5% every 50 seconds (0.1% per second) then you must have some other Jetpack or Hydrogen mod that's massively reducing your fuel consumption.
And the fact that moving the mod down the list makes it not work it all is further evidence that it's being superseded by another mod.
