Mr. Anderson

Ken Anderson, known as Mr. Kennedy in WWE and Mr. Anderson outside, worked for multiple indy promotions as well as NWA: TNA early on in his wrestling career. He signed with WWE in 2005 and was assigned to OVW initially.

Kennedy made his main roster debut later that year and stood out due to his charismatic self-ring introductions. During his WWE run that lasted until 2009, Kennedy won the United States Championship and the 2017 Money in the Bank briefcase. Kennedy was unable to cash in the contract, however, as he lost the briefcase to Edge, who would later cash in to win the World Heavyweight Title.

Kennedy was involved in several major storylines in WWE, although injuries often prevented them from being carried out fully. He left WWE in 2009 and resurfaced on TV with TNA a year later.

As a member of the TNA roster, Anderson began wrestling as Mr. Anderson and feuded early on with Kurt Angle and Abyss. He teamed up with Jeff Hardy as The Enigmatic ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. The partnership ended at Bound for Glory when Hardy pinned Anderson in a three-way match to claim the vacant TNA World Heavyweight Title. Anderson would later get a chance with the belt after defeating Hardy at Genesis 2011.

In later years, Anderson was involved with the Immortal and Aces & Eights stables.
