Twilight Sparkle

Description
Adds Twilight Sparkle, the Princess of Friendship, as a playable Civ, leading the New Equestria.

UA: Zeroth Year
Upon constructing a library, university, public school or a research lab in her capital, Twilight Sparkle gains science equal to a completed research agreement. When making a declaration of friendship with another player, they both gains a +15% boost to great people generation.


UI: Field Laboratory
The Field Laboratory can only be built on top of strategic resources and provides +3 science and then +1 extra science upon discovering Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Electronics, Computers and/or Particle Physics.


UU: Battle Architect
The unique unit of The New Equestria and a replacement for the great general. They function exactly as their replacements, aside from their ability to expend themselves for a large amount of science, just like great scientists can.

The mod is compatible with the Pony Units mod by Harald B.

This may be late but it appears the AI of Civ can't comprehend the function of the Field Laboratory. It always wants to build the standart improvements on Strategic resources. It probably hardcoded in and only ignored for Great person improvements. It has nothing to do with the tile yields. I even changed the code to also the grant Production so its 100% a upgrade but the AI Still defaults to mines. I will look into it if I find a alternative.

When I take up Civ 5 again, I actually have one already done that I just never published... for some reason, and another nearly done, with intro quotes and building descriptions to write, even if the mod works from a gameplay standpoint.

So they appear in the mod menu? Have you enabled them (pressed the small checkmark at the right hand side of the menu)? If you have then I have no clue; I have never encountered a problem where a (complete) mod fails to show up in the civ-selection menu.

I have the same problem with all of them. For some reason the game shows me, that these mods are installed, but I can't pick any of them in the selection. :(

Do you see it in you mod list when you are setting up your game? If you do then I have no clue. If you don't it's just the workshop being wierd again. I have found it tends to work better if you download from within Civ itself, using the "get mods" button on the mod list screen.
